Our custom design process begins a discussion with Heidi about what you would like to symbolize, your style, and your ideas about the piece.  Heidi will research and sketch ideas, find materials, and estimate costs.  Once the final design is agreed upon, we will begin.  We ask for a 50 % deposit to start and with the remainder due upon pick up or shipment.
